- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine

- Wash the fresh red snapper, clean it properly and pat it dry using a kitchen towel.
- Using a sharp knife, make slits across its body on both sides.
- Add butter, minced garlic, red chili pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun Seasoning, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well so that everything is well incorporated.
